JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Indonesian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (Kemenhaj) has announced the list of regular Hajj pilgrims eligible for payment in the 1448 Hijri or 2027 Gregorian year.
Pilgrims can verify their departure status through the official Kemenhaj website and prepare for the next steps, including health checks for istithaah before making the Biaya Perjalanan Ibadah Haji (Bipih) payment.
"The list of pilgrims included in the regular Hajj quota for 1448 H/2027 M consists of three groups: those who have pending payments, regular pilgrims allocated for departures this Hajj season, and elderly pilgrims who are prioritized," said Kemenhaj Director General of Hajj Services Ian Heriyawan in a statement on Wednesday (28/10/2026).
Ian noted that pilgrims in these three groups could check their individual statuses through the official Kemenhaj website.
"After checking their status, pilgrims need to prepare for the next stages, particularly health checks to ensure they meet the health requirement for istithaah," he said.
Departure status checks and information about eligibility for payment can be conducted via the official Kemenhaj website at https://haji.go.id/estimasi-keberangkatan?tab=berhak-lunas.
In addition to confirming their status in the quota, pilgrims should undergo health checks as required.
"Determining health istithaah is one of the requirements that must be met before pilgrims can make the Bipih payment," Ian explained.
Therefore, pilgrims are urged to prepare their health early and follow the health check process through authorized health facilities according to government procedures.
Ian advised pilgrims to start their preparations early, both administratively and health-wise.
"Make sure to check your departure status and follow the health check procedures so that the process for determining istithaah and completing payments can be conducted as prescribed," Ian added.
Kemenhaj reminds pilgrims to stay updated with official information regarding the schedule, mechanisms, and payment regulations for Bipih.
By checking their departure status and preparing their health early, pilgrims are expected to undergo the preparation stages for the 2027 Hajj orderly according to the applicable regulations.
